How does the free trial work?
Core comes with a 7-day free trial — no card needed. When the 7 days are up, the trial simply ends and you stay on the free Aware plan; we never auto-charge you, so you pay only if you choose to subscribe. Family plans are subscribe-direct, without a trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — in your account, in two clicks, no retention hoops. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then you drop to the free Aware plan and keep your account and history.
Can I use it on iPhone and Android?
Yes — subscribe once on the web and sign in on any device. Your plan, your grades and your full history follow your Enbodie.me account, on iPhone or Android alike.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge; downgrades apply at your next renewal so you never lose time you've paid for.
How is the student price verified?
During sign-up we ask for proof of current student status (a valid student ID or institutional email). Verification is checked yearly; when you graduate, you move to Core Single at renewal.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes — the price you see is the price you pay. Your receipt itemises VAT for you.
Is my payment data safe?
Card details go directly to our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider — they never touch Enbodie's servers, in line with our Privacy-by-Design approach. See our Privacy Policy.
